If you are thinking that this is some sort of hacking then let me clear this that this is not a hacking and neither this is a security flow it’s just a feature provide by Facebook only which is not know by many of us.It’s just another facebook trick.
Do you know that it is possible to access your Facebook account with 3 “Different” passwords.
When i found it firstly i checked myself and guess what it was working, i was too surprised.
So here i will explain those three password from which you can easily access your Facebook Account.
1. Your Original Password:
For an instance let us assume that your password is “netDroidPassWord”. And of course you can use it to log in ;).So this is one of three password by which you can login.
2. Original password with the case reversed(Toggle case):
This variation in password is pretty interesting. Toggle the case of your Password and use it.
Let us assume that you are using “netDroidPassWord” as your default password.
If you toggle the password case, then your password will become “NETdROIDpASSwORD”.
3. Original password with the first letter capitalized:
On capitalizing the first character of your password than also you can access your account that is if your password is in lower case and you change it to Upper case, you can still login with this one.
For instance, the original password is “netDroidPassWord” . In this password, the first character ‘N’ is in lower case. If you capitalize the first character, then your password is “NetDroidPassWord”.
The reason for 3 Passswords for your facebook account
You must be shocked on trying these tweaks and must be thinking that they must be security flaws but guess what they are not security flaw. It is just feature provided by Facebook….
[su_quote] We accept three forms of the user’s password to help overcome the most common reasons that authentic logins are rejected. In addition to the original password” Zdnet quoted as Facebook spokesperson saying. ” we also accept the password if a user inadvertently has caps lock enabled or their mobile device automatically capitalizes the first character of the password.[/su_quote]
There is one more tweak and that is you can access your account with three different username in Facebook, they are:
1. You can use your Facebook ‘Username’ as user name(if you have created).
2. You can use your email address.
3. You can use use your mobile number ( if you have added your mobile number in Fb ).
