After stopping the sell of Xiaomi Redmi 1S suddenly, Xiaomi has decided to make a comeback in Indian market with its brand new Redmi 2.

• Redmi 2 will be slimmer and thinner than its ancestor Redmi 1S.

• It will come with fine texture mat back cover. This cover will be fingerprint resistantand also protect the phone from dust and will be oil proof.

 

• Redmi 2 will be embedded with powerful snapdragon 410,64-bits quad core with 1.2Ghz processor.It is also Powered with Cortx-A53 CPU and Adreno 306 GPU to play your favorite games.

 

• It will run on Android kitkat 4.4 with MIUI6 user interface.

 

• Xiaomi redmi 2 is capable to run two sims at the same time, i.e it has two sim slots and supports both 4G and 3G networks.Redmi 2 also supports both Indian 4G brands FDD and TDD LTE.

• Talking about the battery, redmi 2 will have 2200mAh battery with fast charging and USB on the GO feature.

• You can buy Xiaomi Redmi 2 from 24 march onward from the biggest online shopping site Flipkart.com however registration will start from  today  6.00 PM onward i.e from 12 march,2015 at 6.00 PM onward.

• For now Flipkart will be selling 1gb ram and 8 gb internal storage variant phone only.But there are humor that Flipkart will be selling Redmi 2, 2Gb and 16 gb storage variant phone also but there is no official report release till now.
